WHO WE ARE

At Collective Hour, we’re more than just event planners—we’re curators of moments that matter. We’re here to simplify the planning process so you can focus on what truly counts: being present with the people you care about and creating lasting memories. Whether it’s a small birthday, your dream wedding, or a fundraising gala, we’re dedicated to crafting experiences that feel personal, effortless, and full of joy.

We’re a team that thrives on the details—thinking ahead, staying organized, and ensuring everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes. Our mission? To give you the freedom to enjoy every moment, knowing we’ve got everything in place. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, we’re here to make it all come together with ease.

We’re two girls who traveled the world together, planned each other’s weddings in the same month, and realized we were meant to create something special. We quit our jobs and started Collective Hour, turning our passion for meaningful moments into a business that makes celebrations effortless and unforgettable.

The Founders

LEMA

Who knew that my love for hosting loved ones, celebrating birthdays, and planning everything from family cottage staycations to 40+ person trips to Jordan would lead to starting my own business—Collective Hour. But alas, here we are, and I couldn’t be happier.
Planning my own wedding (while helping my co-founder plan hers at the same time!) made me realize just how overwhelming events can be. I took a full month off work and spent nearly a year planning, and still found myself wishing I had more time to be present. No matter how organized you are, there are always last-minute things—like realizing the venue misunderstood your tablecloth choice 24 hours before the big day.
People often think events are just about venue, food, decor, music—but there’s so much more. It’s making sure the DJ plays your entrance song at the right time, the photographer captures the right moments, the decor matches your vision, and no one’s asking “where’s the cake knife?” right before your first dance.
For me, the magic is in the planning. I thrive when I’m deep in timelines, schedules, and logistics—making sure every moving part is accounted for so your event flows with ease. I bring structure to the chaos, and my goal is always the same: to make sure you get to be fully present for every meaningful moment.

YASMIN

With 11 years of event planning experience, it all started when I was just 14 years old.
I’ve always been the go-to planner in my circle—whether hosting New Year’s parties at home, organizing 1,000-person carnivals at my high school, or planning weddings. That passion grew into something bigger, leading me to organize over 100 galas with 500+ guests in the last five years.
From campus lounges to banquet halls to open-air weddings, I’ve always found joy in transforming spaces into something intentional and beautiful. Whether it’s creating impact for an organization or making a wedding unforgettable, I thrive on the details—those subtle touches most people don’t notice, but everyone feels.
Planning my own wedding—at the same time as Lema!—only deepened my love for curating experiences that feel personal and memorable. I poured my heart into the process, not just in how it looked, but in how it made people feel.
For me, it’s never just about checking off a to-do list—it’s about designing moments that reflect who you are. I care about the energy of a space, the flow of the day, and the feeling guests leave with. My goal is to make every event feel like you—thoughtful, immersive, and completely unforgettable.
